Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy:

Return & Refund is the most challenging issue nowadays. CHECKLIST always follows the customer-friendly return & refund policy. Currently, We are following the Refund & Return policy below:


Caution:   For any damage and missing issues, Customers must need to keep an unboxing video for claiming a return & refund (Invoice No & Clear view is required).  and need to send this unboxing video to (support@checklist.com.bd) for future investigation to process the refund with ease & smooth. or send a message with an unboxing video to our Official Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/checklistbd.inc) about the incident.


1. Physical Condition: if you receive damaged/defective/incorrect items or incomplete at the time of delivery, then you must acknowledge us by email immediately after finding this mismatch. You must send us a mail within 5 hours of delivering an order. After this refund period, no objection won't be considered for claiming the refund. Return informing time duration is 5 hours after delivery, & Return completion time duration is 7 days after delivery.


2. For Grocery & Perishable products: Customers must inform us about any kind of damage, missing issue in front of the delivery man, courier staff, etc. Otherwise, your complaint will not be granted. You can reach us by calling 01409-979799. Return must be done within 2 hours of delivery, otherwise, we will not accept the grocery & perishable items.


3. For Electric products: For any electric items (Ex: Mobile, Trimmer, Calculator, etc.), no return will be excepted if customers broke the intact seal/ lost any parts-accessories, We don't provide the brand warranty. Customers need to contact the authorized brand, and distributor. 


4. Change of Mind: Change of mind won't be considered for Return. That means We won't accept any return request if any physical faults appear.
